Josh Simon
CEO & Co-Founder
Josh is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in capital markets and investment strategy. Over his career, he has completed in excess of $15 billion in CRE transactions across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality.

Previously a Senior Managing Director at JLL in Denver and co-founder of the HFF Denver office, Josh relocated his family to Waimea, Hawaiʻi in 2021 to lead Infinite Waters full-time.

Dr. Rae Sandler Simon
Co-Founder & HDIC
Dr. Rae is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in couples therapy and adult wellness, and the founder of Live & Love Well. Her journey began in business at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, followed by strategic change management consulting in Chicago.
After helping refugees find employment and earning her PsyD from the University of Denver, she brings a uniquely relationship-centered perspective to investment strategy and partner relations.

Beyond investing, Josh and Rae are deeply committed to serving those in need. They believe that authentic, compassionate care should be accessible to everyone — and they put that belief into practice through their volunteer work.
Brent Eley Foundation — supporting families facing life-threatening illnesses. Josh formerly served on the Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Committee; Dr. Rae volunteers as on-call psychologist and is on the External Affairs Committee.
